はじめまして！
わたしはライマです。ニューヨークからきました。コロンビアのだいがくのがくせいです。わたしはにねんせいです。きょねんはにほんごをべんきょしました。おもしろいですから、ことしもにほんごをべんきょします。

I chose to study Japanese because I love learning new languages, and I found the Japanese alphabet and grammar different and exciting! Plus, I enjoy watching anime, reading manga, and listening to j-pop. I'm excited about being able to read and understand some of those media. I found the first two weeks of class a little challenging because I did not spend the summer practicing it. But I will this time! :)
